Common Questions

To clean your Zero Ice cubes, simply rinse them with warm water and mild soap, then let them air dry before returning them to the freezer. Avoid using boiling water, harsh chemicals, or putting them in the dishwasher, as this could damage the outer layer. A quick rinse after each use helps keep them fresh and ready for your next adventure.

Each Zero Ice cube is sealed in BPA-free plastic and filled with purified water, creating a slow-melting, insulated form of reusable ice. When placed inside an esky or cooler, these cubes maintain temperatures as low as 3–4°C (37–39°F) for up to 48 hours, depending on external conditions and how often the lid is opened. Once the cubes fully thaw, just refreeze and reuse—again and again.

Yes! Zero Ice cubes are 100% food-safe and made from BPA-free plastic, filled with purified water. That means they’re totally safe to pack in with your kids’ lunchboxes or sit alongside snacks and drinks. Plus, since they don’t melt into a soggy mess, everything stays dry and chilled the way it should.

If you camp or fish more than once a month, you’ll make your money back in no time — and never need another servo ice run.
