Forget buying bagged ice over and over again. Zero Ice cubes are designed to be reused hundreds of times — just freeze, use, refreeze.

That means:

• No more leaking bags in the boot
• No more soggy food and floating beer cans
• No more single-use plastic waste every weekend
• No more servo stops when you’re already running late

Each set of cubes replaces hundreds of plastic bags of ice. That’s not just good for your wallet — it’s good for the planet. Whether you're camping, fishing, or BBQing, these cubes go again and again, trip after trip.

Designed for real-life rough and tumble.

Your gear shouldn't leak, crack, or compromise your food — and Zero Ice doesn’t.

Toss 'em in your esky with your snacks, bait, or beers — no worries about leaks or soggy food.

No chemical gels. Just filtered H₂O inside every cube.

Safe to use around food, drinks, and your mates — even after hundreds of uses.

Built to survive road trips, beach weekends, and the occasional drop on the pavement.

No leaks. No waste. No stress.

Just reliable chill, every time.

Up to 48 hours of reliable chill — no melting mess.

Tired of ice that gives up halfway through the trip?

Regular cubes melt fast, leak everywhere, and leave your food and drinks swimming.

Zero Ice is built different.

Our oversized, reusable ice cubes are designed to stay cold for up to 48 hours* in a sealed esky — giving you real performance that goes the distance.

Set and forget.

Freeze them. Pack them. Enjoy the cold, all weekend long.

*Actual chill time may vary based on esky size, insulation quality, and outdoor temperature.

Just cold drinks, fresh food, and a cleaner conscience.

We've all been there...

You open the esky — and your snacks are floating.

Sandwiches? Ruined. Meat? Drenched. The ice? Gone.

You spent $4-$7 on a bag of water and plastic wrap. Again.

Zero Ice changes the game.

• Leakproof design means nothing spills as they melt (because they don’t).

• No single-use plastic — these cubes are reusable hundreds of times.

• No food waste — everything stays dry, fresh, and perfectly chilled.

That means:

Just clean cold performance, trip after trip.

It's better for your food. Better for your wallet. And better for the planet.

How to freeze

Freeze. Use. Refreeze.

No gels, no fuss. The whole bag goes straight in the freezer and comes out ready to go, hundreds of times over.

1

Freeze

Pop the whole bag straight in the freezer, laid flat. No need to unpack. Freeze the night before your trip at a minimum, two nights before if you are using a fridge-freezer.

2

Use

Load them into an esky or cooler and keep the lid shut. They stay cold up to 48 hours, sitting solid at the bottom so nothing floats and nothing goes soggy.

3

Refreeze

Rinse, wash, dry, and back in the freezer they go. The same cubes refreeze hundreds of times, so one bag lasts years of trips.

Spread them out for a faster, fuller freeze

Lay the bag flat and spread the cubes into a single layer, not a big clump. Cubes packed in the middle are insulated by the ones around them, so they freeze last. A full or large bag freezes faster and more evenly when the cubes have room. Allow 24 to 48 hours for a first freeze, and a little longer for a large, tightly packed bag.

Do

  • Lay flat and spread the cubes out so cold air reaches every one
  • Rinse with warm water and mild soap, air dry before refreezing
  • Drop one straight in a drink, they are food-safe

Don't

  • Freeze the bag in a dense clump, the middle cubes will lag
  • No dishwasher, no boiling water
  • No harsh chemicals, they can damage the shell

Your questions, answered

Everything we get asked before the first order.

Cold performance

How long does Zero Ice stay cold?+
Up to 48 hours in a well-insulated, sealed esky. In a standard esky on a warm day with the lid opening regularly, expect a reliable 12 to 24 hours. Pre-chill the esky and keep the lid shut to get the most out of every freeze.
Do the cubes float in the cooler?+
No. Unlike bag ice that melts into water and sends everything floating, Zero Ice cubes stay solid and sit at the bottom. Your food and drinks stay dry and in place the whole trip.
Can I add water to the cooler with the cubes?+
Yes. The cubes are sealed and waterproof, so a splash of water will not affect them. Just remember they do not melt, so any water you add stays as water. Most people run them dry for a cleaner, meltwater-free esky.

Freezing & care

How do I freeze them? Can the bag go straight in the freezer?+
Yes, the whole bag goes straight in, no need to unpack. Lay it flat and spread the cubes into a single layer so cold air reaches every one. Once frozen, it is ready to load into your esky.
Some cubes in the middle of the bag didn't freeze. Why?+
They were most likely packed too tightly. Cubes in the centre of a dense bag are insulated by the ones around them, so they freeze last. Lay the bag flat and spread the cubes out into a single layer, then give them a full freeze. A large or tightly packed bag can take longer than you expect, so allow extra time and keep them spread out.
How long does the first freeze take?+
Around 24 to 48 hours in a standard home freezer, quicker in a deep or chest freezer. Large Cubes take a little longer than Standard and Mini, and a big, tightly packed bag longer again, so spread them out and freeze the night before your trip at a minimum.
How do I clean them?+
Rinse with warm water and mild soap after each use, then air dry before refreezing. No dishwasher, no boiling water, no harsh chemicals, as these can damage the outer shell.
How many times can I reuse them?+
Thousands of times. Freeze, use, refreeze, repeat. Look after them (no dishwasher, no boiling water) and they will last years of trips.

Safety & materials

Are Zero Ice cubes safe around food and drinks?+
Yes. They are 100% food-safe, made from BPA-free plastic filled with purified water. No chemical gels, no additives. Safe right alongside food, drinks, bait and catch.
Can I use a cube straight in a drink?+
Absolutely. They are BPA-free, food-safe, and filled with purified water. Drop a large cube in a tumbler and it keeps your drink cold for ages without watering it down.

Choosing & mixing

What is the difference between Standard and Large Cubes?+
The Standard bag (300 cubes) and the Mini bag (100 cubes) use the exact same everyday cube, the only difference is how many you get. Standard suits drinks coolers, medium eskies and everyday use; Mini is for lunchboxes and small coolers. Large Cubes (50 per bag) are a bigger 5cm cube with more thermal mass, so they hold cold longer, ideal for big coolers, catch bags and fishing trips.
Can I mix Standard and Large Cubes in the same cooler?+
Yes, and we recommend it. Use Large Cubes as your cold backbone and fill the gaps with Standard or Mini for maximum contact and no warm spots. Best coverage across the whole esky.

Pricing & shipping

Do you offer bulk discounts?+
Yes, the more you grab, the more you save. Our bulk deals and promotions change from time to time, so for the current offers (or wholesale and large-volume orders) just email info@zeroice.co and we will sort you out.
Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?+
We hold stock in local warehouses in Australia, the USA and the UK, so your order ships from your own region, not from overseas. Dispatched fast on in-stock orders, typically 2 to 5 business days once on its way, with a tracking link as soon as it ships.
What is your return policy?+
A 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your cubes for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.
